Refund policy

Not head over heels with your items? We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us! If the products you selected did not work out, we will gladly accept back unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days of your receipt. Opened or used items are non-refundable.

Returns Process

Please email orders(at)ohsonicedesign.co within your return window to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#). Packages without an RMA# written on the outside of the packaging will risk being returned to customer.

  • Returns will be processed within 10 business days of package receipt.
  • Products that are returned used, damaged, laundered, or altered in any way will not be accepted. This includes any stains, smells, animal hair, etc. It is at Raisukeik Designs LLC d/b/a Oh So Nice Design Co's discretion to decide if the returned item has been returned in an altered state. If an item is determined to be as such, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returned merchandise shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer UNLESS item received is incorrect or arrived damaged.

Please note: returns due to shipping delays are subject to the same return policy. Raisukeik Designs LLC d/b/a Oh So Nice Design Co is not responsible for carrier or weather delays.

Refunds

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, your refund may be reflected on your next statement.

Refunds can only be refunded to the original method of purchase only.

Incorrect or damaged items in your order

If you received an incorrect item or damaged item with your order, please email orders(at)ohsonicedesign.co within 5 business days of receipt of the item with a photo of the damaged product immediately so we can help resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Final Sale

All items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned. No refunds. No exceptions.

Custom products cannot be returned.
